BRT uses Adobe products such as Adobe Forms Server and the Adobe Intelligent Document Platform to create fillable forms, and to manage, manipulate and share images and documents.

Adobe Form Server renders intelligent PDF and HTML forms from XML templates designed with Adobe Designer. When a user requests a form, Form Server detects the end-user’s browser and platform type and, based on that information, dynamically transforms the XML template into an HTML format best suited to the end user’s environment. Form Server can also convert a completed HTML form into an Adobe PDF file for archiving, initiating a workflow or business process, or ensuring legislative compliance by controlling content in final materials.

Adobe Intelligent Document Platform provides a fast and cost-effective way
to securely share enterprise data with people inside and outside the firewall. The platform uses Adobe Document Services to create Intelligent Documents that integrate easily into business processes. Adobe Document Services can be delivered by Adobe Acrobat® software on the desktop and through Adobe LiveCycle™ software, a new generation of server products and design tools built on the common Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) architecture.

By combining the business logic and data exchange capabilities of XML with the visual fidelity, security and reliability of Adobe PDF, Adobe LiveCycle makes it easy for companies and government agencies to convert static documents into electronic ones, then integrate them with existing enterprise applications and business processes.
